How can I buy an apartment in Eugene, OR? ?
I just want to purchase an apartment in eugene, Oregon.
just.. a simple one, 2 bed, 1 bath(or 2).
But I don’t know the price(even approximately), how to buy it.
I’ll share this apt with my brother, he’s probably going to high school in eugene but don’t know where. and um… it’d better be downtown, easy to access to anywhere and… stuff. So, can anybody recommend some real-estate firms for purchasing an apt in Eugene?

That would be a condo you’re looking for (people rent apartments). A 2 bed condo here starts around $130,000, can’t say for sure about Eugene but my parents moved here from Eugene and didn’t find a big difference.
Can’t really recommend on real estate firm other the other. I’ve bought a lot of houses and, for me, the difference is the agent, not the firm.
