At what age women should stop having children before health problems for mother and child?

I have 37 and I would like to know what age women should stop having children. before health problems begin to rise for the mother and child. At what age it is safe to conceive? I'm too old for my last attempt to conceive?

I think somewhere around 40, children tend to have a lot of problems (mental retardation, Down syndrome, etc.) Biologically, humans are designed to have children when they are younger. Waiting in the long run is really bad.

Everyone has a point problem. It may be around the stomach, thighs, arms or chest. No matter where your bad point is that the solution is exactly the same. You need to eat less and exercise more. The reason why there is only one solution for all these problems is that it is impossible to tell your body to burn excess fat. When you eat too many calories, your body stores excess energy as fat in different areas throughout the body. To lose this fat, you must create a calorie deficit (eat less than you burn) to force your body to begin burn fat for energy. There is absolutely no way to control your body goes to find this extra fat. The higher the calorie deficit (a deficit larger calorie means a greater difference between what you eat and what you burn) the faster your body will burn excess fat and the quicker your body fat percentage begins to decrease. You can increase your calorie deficit by reducing the daily intake and exercise more. Sit ups will not nothing to target the fat around your abs just like squats will do nothing to target the fat around the thighs. I'm a sophomore in college and have had no medical or dental insurance since childhood. I can not be sure of my mom that the price will sky rocket. I am a regular user of marijuana and have finally decided to quit. My instrument smoking of choice happens to the gravity bong, I've been using several times a day for the past two years. My unit is starting to get out of hand. It will be difficult, but I know I can do (with a little help). Why are foods that are bad for your tastes good health? (Cakes, cookies, candy, chips)? And vice versa: why foods that are supposed to taste good for poor health (Brussels sprouts, beans, juice tomato, etc)? Yes, I know that the fruit may taste good, but the chocolate cake knows very well compared to say, Cantelope. And healthy chicken or beef fat or chips may taste better than vegetables or lean meat or whatever. Why? Why are these unhealthy foods taste? Because no nutrients to put in them? If they do, then how is that food tastes good, without the nutrients even though it's cheap?

Think of it this way: our society today is a lot of fat and sugar, much more than they need to survive. Fat and sugar are some of the most important things we need to survive, but not the amount we have access. Think societies sooner or primitive cultures. Think of having to hunt and gather food every day. Food can be low, especially salt, sugar and fat! But we need to survive so that the body has to like to get enough of it. Now we have many times abundance, and are constantly filling up on it even though there could be little time to even out. Too much of anything is bad for you, simply not a problem until it is something in which we LOVE and have a lot of.

I love nuts, almonds, walnuts, pistachios. I do not much nuts such as walnuts or peanuts in India.
