My sister is buying a home in California. When you need a real estate lawyer? Before signing a contract or closing? Pl advise
Ideally, you should have a lawyer look at the offer before signing. If the offer has already been made and accepted, then you should contact a lawyer immediately to prepare all documents necessary for the protection of it before closing.
