Bad Credit Bill Consolidation Loan

I need a consolidation loan but have bad credit …?

I am in need of a little consolidation loan. I have bad credit from past mishaps. I have no credit cards, and they have a spending problem. My need for this loan now must have unexpected expenses for car repairs, health problems (medical expenses) and other things beyond my control. I have no cable or internet or anything that would make uneccessary spending - I'm very "frugal."
